Subscription & Billing Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions, trials, billing cycles, and cancellations work for FlowFinds. By creating an account or starting a trial, you agree to these terms.

Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or weekly).

Renewals occur on the same calendar day and time each cycle as your original signup.

We will notify you in advance of any pricing changes before your next renewal.

Trial Periods

Trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand.

Any fee paid for a trial (e.g., $1 trial) is non‑refundable.

We send reminder emails before trial conversion to help you avoid unwanted charges.

Cancellations

You may cancel anytime through Account Settings → Subscription.

Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of your current paid period or trial.

While Stripe processes renewals at the exact signup time by default, we may, at our discretion, process cancellations or adjustments around 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM CET to align with support operations.

Weekly Payment Fallback

If a monthly charge fails, your account may automatically switch to a weekly payment plan to maintain uninterrupted service.

You will be notified immediately by email and may update your payment method to return to monthly billing or cancel the subscription if preferred.

No Partial Credits

We do not provide partial refunds or credits for unused time in a billing cycle.

All charges are final except in cases of duplicate billing or verified system error.

Policy Updates

We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of FlowFinds after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
